The Raising Leaders fellowship, spearheaded by Artistic Director Tamara Rojo and Director of Artistic Development Kerry Nicholls, aims to support dancers beyond the stage with individually tailored professional development curricula, including one-on-one coaching, mentorship and shadowing opportunities. The program is designed to last one to two years, depending on dancers’ individual needs.
